Refund & Cancellation Policy

Application Fee

Application and registration fees are non-refundable.

Admission Fee

Admission fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless approved by the Institute Management.

Duplicate Payments

Any excess amount paid due to duplicate transactions will be refunded after verification.

Cancellation of Admission

Students wishing to cancel admission must submit a written application.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 15 to 30 working days.

Payment Errors

Students should contact the Institute immediately regarding any payment issues.
